About these terms

These terms apply to your use of razorbackautotransports.com, which is operated by Razorback Auto Transport (“Razorback,” “we,” “us”). By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

What this website provides

The site gives information about vehicle shipping and lets you request a price. A quote is based on the details you enter: the ZIP codes, the vehicle, its condition, the type of trailer, and your dates. It holds for those details. If any of them change, the price may change.

A quote is not a booking. Nothing is scheduled, and you owe nothing, until you choose to book.

Our role

Razorback arranges vehicle transportation as a broker. The transportation itself is performed by independent, licensed motor carriers. We do not own or operate the trucks, and the carrier’s driver is not our employee.

Booking a shipment

When you book, you receive the terms of your order, including the price, when payment is due, how changes and cancellations work, the estimated pickup and delivery windows, and how to report damage. Those order terms govern your shipment. If anything on this website conflicts with them, the order terms control.

Dates and transit times are estimates

Pickup windows, delivery dates, mileage, and transit times shown on this site or given in a quote are estimates. Trucking schedules depend on weather, traffic, mechanical issues, and other customers, and exact dates cannot be guaranteed unless your order terms say otherwise.

Your responsibilities

• Give accurate information about the vehicle, the addresses, and your contact details.
• Ship only vehicles you own or have the owner’s permission to ship.
• Prepare the vehicle as described in our instructions and make sure an adult is present at pickup and delivery.
• Use the site lawfully. Do not attempt to disrupt it, gain unauthorized access to it, or copy its content in bulk.

Text message terms

Program. Razorback Auto Transport sends text messages to people who have checked the consent box on our quote form. Messages concern your requests and services, for example quote details, booking confirmations, and pickup and delivery updates.

Frequency and cost. Message frequency varies with your activity. Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile plan.

Opting out and getting help. Reply STOP to cancel at any time. You will receive one message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. Reply HELP for assistance, or call (501) 356-6257.

Other terms. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Our privacy policy explains how phone numbers are handled.

Website content

The text, design, and logo on this site belong to Razorback Auto Transport or to those who have licensed them to us. You may view and print pages for your own use. You may not reuse them commercially without our written permission.
